Return Policy
Refunds:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds. Each of our products are made to order and customised to our customer’s requests, so we are unable to resell any customised pieces.
Damaged cases:
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, we will replace it and make sure it is exactly what you ordered! In the event that the product has a fault, please contact our team at hello@communique.com.au or return it to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
